Golden Agers & Missionary Day — Sunday, September 27

Join us on Sunday, September 27, as we celebrate our Annual Golden Agers & Missionary Day.

We look forward to honoring and celebrating our Golden Agers and Missionaries for their faithfulness, service, and dedication.

The Parent Collective — Saturday, October 3

Bring the entire family for brunch, kids’ activities, fellowship, and honest conversations about the joys and challenges of parenting.

Join us for The Parent Collective: Brunch, Fun & Convo, a welcoming gathering designed to bring parents, caregivers, children, and families together.

Families will enjoy brunch and fellowship while children participate in fun, interactive activities. We will also have a panel discussion featuring parents and caregivers sharing real-life experiences, helpful ideas, and ways our community can better support families.

Come ready to eat, connect, have fun, and be encouraged!

This event is presented by Sankofa Parenting at Metropolitan AME Church, in partnership with Peace Baptist Church in Northeast Washington, D.C.

Homecoming & Worldwide Communion — Sunday, October 4

Join us on Sunday, October 4, as we celebrate Homecoming and Worldwide Communion Sunday.

We invite our entire Peace family to come together for this special time of worship, fellowship, and communion.

115th Church Anniversary & Family and Friends Day — Sunday, October 11

Save the date! On Sunday, October 11, we will celebrate Peace Baptist Church’s 115th Anniversary, along with Family and Friends Day and the ministries that continue to serve our church and community.

Our special guest will be Rev. Dr. Reginald W. Williams, Jr.

Calling All Breast Cancer Survivors

Calling all breast cancer survivors! This October, we are planning a special dance presentation to celebrate your strength, courage, and resilience.

All are welcome, regardless of skill level or mobility.

The 712 Youth Ministry is looking for teachers and volunteers!

We are still in need of lead teachers who are willing to commit their time and talents to helping nurture the spiritual growth of our young people.

Margaret Hicks Noonday Prayer

The Margaret Hicks Noonday Prayer Ministry is back in session!

Join us every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 12 noon for a time of prayer and fellowship.
