Invisible Institution and Empire by Dr. Kurt Clark

What if America is not just a country—but an empire?
And what if religion has been used as a tool of control for 400 years?

Yet even within oppression, enslaved Africans built the Invisible Institution—secret spaces of resistance where they encountered the God of freedom.
That legacy still lives in us.

We’re pairing this study with the work of Dr. Emilie Townes and Dr. Katie Cannon.
